The Bachelor of Education (Hons) in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) Program at City University Malaysia aims to produce proficient English professionals with expertise in TESL. It emphasizes current methods and technologies in Second Language Acquisition (SLA), leadership skills, and social responsibility. Students also study linguistics, literature, and pedagogy, and have the option to learn Mandarin or French. A compulsory practicum in government-aided schools is required for graduation.
Pass A-Level with a minimum of Grade D in any two (2) subjects AND a Pass in Mathematics and English at STPM Level or its equivalent.
