In the Management stream, students will focus on the challenges faced by managers, such as the dynamics between people and organizations, performance management, change management, innovation, and the impact of technology. In the Human Resource Management stream, students will delve into topics such as staff selection, promotion, learning and development, and remuneration. They will learn how to effectively engage a highly skilled and motivated workforce within the global business landscape. During the first year of the Bachelor of Commerce program, students will complete core units that provide a comprehensive introduction to various aspects of business.
