The Master in Islamic Finance program at the University of Cyberjaya (UoC) is designed to produce professionals who possess the necessary competencies to meet the needs of both financial and non-financial Islamic institutions. The program aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills in Islamic Finance through an interdisciplinary approach. It also focuses on the development and enhancement of theories and practices of Islamic Finance within the framework of Maqasid Al-Shariah. The program is designed to meet the global demand for experts and professionals in the field of Islamic Finance.

Entry Requirements:

Qualification Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields A Bachelor’s degree in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50.
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields A Bachelor’s degree in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00. Applicants who do not meet the minimum CGPA requirement can be accepted subject to a rigorous internal assessment.
Bachelor’s Degree in non-related fields A Bachelor’s degree in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and relevant working experience. Applicants in this category are subject to a rigorous internal assessment.
Bachelor’s Degree in non-related fields A Bachelor’s degree in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and without relevant working experience. Applicants in this category are required to pass prerequisite courses or hold other equivalent/related qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government and acceptable to the University.
International Students Only Minimum IELTS score of 6.0; or MUET Band 4; or equivalent to CEFR (Mid B2)
