The Master in Construction Business Administration (MCBA) at IIUM, offered by the Department of Quantity Surveying, requires candidates to complete a minimum of 42 credit hours, including a 21-credit hour dissertation.

This program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of construction business principles, emphasizing managerial and entrepreneurial skills while integrating Islamic values. It promotes ethical professionalism, leadership, and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Graduates will develop strategies for innovation in the construction industry and acquire skills in sustainable development and asset management, preparing them to make meaningful contributions to the field.

the Senate
