The Master in Nursing Science (By Research) program at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) is designed to tackle existing challenges and gaps in various nursing disciplines, including both clinical and community contexts. This program prioritizes the integration of evidence-based practices, aiming to enhance nursing care quality through the development of clear and effective guidelines in Malaysia.
Tailored for graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, this program supports their transition into advanced practice roles. Participants will gain the skills necessary to assume positions as educators, researchers, and nurse practitioners. Upon completion, graduates will be expected to make meaningful contributions to nursing practice, utilizing evidence-based approaches to improve patient care and enhance the quality of life for patients and their families.
Entry Requirements
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent from IIUM or any other accredited institution of higher learning.
