The Master of Education in Educational Management and Leadership (By Coursework) at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) is a professional programme that develops competent, ethical and visionary educational leaders. Through advanced coursework and applied training, the programme builds knowledge and skills in strategic leadership, organisational management, policy development, human resource management, quality assurance and school improvement. Participants learn contemporary theories and best practices in educational administration, change management, decision‑making and stakeholder engagement, with particular attention to values‑based leadership and Islamic perspectives on governance.
Graduates are prepared to assume leadership roles in schools, higher education institutions and education agencies, to design and implement effective policies and programmes, to lead institutional improvement and professional development, and to contribute to research and consultancy in educational management and leadership.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree (honors) with a minimum CGPA of
2.50 from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) or any other accredited institution of higher learning.
