The Master of Education in Instructional Technology (Mixed Mode) at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) equips educators and professionals with the skills to design, implement and evaluate technology‑enhanced learning solutions. Combining advanced coursework with a supervised research component, the programme covers instructional design theories, learning technologies, digital pedagogy, multimedia development, educational evaluation and research methods. Emphasis is placed on learner‑centred and evidence‑based practices, usability and accessibility, and the effective integration of emerging technologies in diverse educational contexts.
Graduates will be able to design and manage digital learning programmes, develop instructional materials and multimedia resources, evaluate the impact of technology on learning outcomes, lead professional development for educators, and conduct applied research in instructional technology. The mixed‑mode structure prepares candidates for leadership roles in schools, higher education, corporate training and educational technology development, as well as further academic study.

2.50 from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) or any other accredited institution of higher learning.
