The Master of Health Science — Planetary Health (By Research) at IIUM is a research‑focused programme addressing the interconnected health of humans, ecosystems and the planet. Candidates undertake multidisciplinary, evidence‑based research on topics such as climate change and health, air and water pollution, food security, and environmental determinants of health, using innovative research methodologies. The programme prepares graduates to become researchers and policy‑oriented practitioners who design and lead sustainable, science‑based interventions and policies to tackle planetary health challenges at local, regional and global levels.
• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, as accepted by the Senate.
