The Master of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage in Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh (By Coursework)at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) equips graduates to become skilled practitioners in Islamic Jurisprudence. Shortly after completing the program, graduates will be able to analyze significant issues through the lens of Islamic principles and contribute ethically to society. They will also take on leadership roles in Islamic initiatives on both local and global scales, employing effective communication skills.
The program enhances students' expertise in Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh while fostering personal and professional development through practical skills. It encourages collaboration and a strong commitment to ethical practices, alongside the cultivation of leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Students will also acquire information management skills and lifelong learning strategies, along with basic managerial and entrepreneurial skills. This comprehensive approach enables them to effectively relate Islamic teachings to contemporary realities, ensuring their relevance and impact in various contexts.
