The Master of Science in Engineering (By Research) program at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) is designed for students seeking to conduct in-depth research in various engineering disciplines. • A Bachelor’s degree in the Engineering or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, as accepted by the Senate
