The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing at Kings University College Malaysia is a research-intensive doctoral programme designed to develop the next generation of nursing scholars, educators, and leaders. Offered by the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences, the programme provides rigorous training in research methodologies, enabling students to generate new nursing knowledge, advance theoretical frameworks, and lead impactful research initiatives that improve nursing practice and healthcare outcomes. Students engage deeply in research activities, mastering quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches. The programme culminates in an original dissertation that makes a meaningful contribution to the nursing knowledge base.

Entry Requirements

•  A Master’s Degree (Level 7, MQF) in related elds as accepted by the HEP Senate
