The hospitality and tourism industry is anticipated to grow in the coming years. With this expansion, the industry must ensure it has qualified and competent personnel to meet its demands. In light of the significant global impacts of COVID-19, humanity is entering a new era marked by a post-crisis world, which requires industry players to adapt their strategies for a new landscape of travel. This transition will foster the development of new concepts aimed at providing emotional retreats and focusing on psychological well-being. Once lockdowns are lifted, people are expected to prioritize spending on dining out and travel. While confidence in domestic travel will increase, travelers will still exercise caution.
Students will benefit from industry-standard facilities at the university, including simulation laboratories such as a training restaurant, culinary suites, a beverage laboratory, housekeeping suites, and front office laboratories. These facilities will enhance students' hospitality skills and prepare them for successful careers in the industry.
