MAHSA University's Diploma in Dental Technology is a specialized program designed for students who have completed their SPM or its equivalent and are interested in pursuing a career as dental technologists in dental laboratories or clinics.

Dental Technologists are responsible for constructing and producing prostheses to treat damaged or misaligned teeth, replace missing teeth, and protect dental health.

Throughout the program, students will acquire the intricate skills needed to design, construct, and repair various dental prostheses and appliances, including bridges, crowns, dentures, orthodontic devices, mouthguards, and other dental fixtures.

Additionally, students will receive training in first aid, infection control procedures, safety and health standards, store management, and entrepreneurial skills.

Upon completing the program, graduates will emerge as competent Dental Technologists from MAHSA, equipped with up-to-date professional knowledge, strong skills, ethical standards, and good moral values.

Entry Requirements  

  • SPM/O Level/Other equivalent qualifications approved by MQA:

    Pass with 5 credits in Bahasa Melayu & Mathematics & Science & 2 other subjects;
