This program aims to develop nurses who are professional, knowledgeable, and competent in delivering safe and effective gerontological nursing care, preparing them for successful careers in the competitive global market focused on the care of older adults. It includes the study of the mental, physical, and social characteristics of aging individuals and how these factors are influenced by the aging process. Gerontology offers medical treatments and strategies for disease prevention tailored specifically for older adults.
Diploma in Nursing or its equivalent and from an institution that is recognized by Nursing Board Malaysi
