The Master in Computer Science (By Coursework) at Multimedia University (MMU) Malaysia is a coursework-based Master’s programme offered by the Faculty of Computing and Informatics. Although the programme’s name reflects a focus on software engineering, it is continuously reviewed to remain aligned with new technologies and evolving industry needs. For instance, new elective courses such as Security in Computing, Data Mining and Analytics, and High Performance Computing for Big Data have been introduced in response to developments in cybersecurity and big data. By taking this programme, candidates gain opportunities to explore and develop expertise in areas of computer science beyond software engineering.

Entry Requirements

•    A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate
