The Bachelor in Food Service Technology (Hons) Program at Managment & Science University (MSU) Malaysia prepares students for successful food business operations. It focuses on utilizing food service technology to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. The curriculum covers monitoring techniques, food microbiology, processing, preservation, nutrition, quality control, and assurance. Students have opportunities to study abroad through the MSU Global Mobility Programme and complete internships overseas through the MSU Global Internship Programme, enhancing their employability.
