The Master in Educational Management and Leadership program is a graduate degree that equips students with advanced knowledge and skills in educational leadership and administration, preparing them for leadership roles in educational institutions. Students learn about organizational management, strategic planning, policy development, finance, human resource management, and instructional leadership to promote student success and create positive learning environments.

Entry Requirements

• Prospective applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent as accepted by MSU Senate, with at least 2.50 CGPA.
