Nilai University's Diploma in Culinary Arts program offers specialized instruction in culinary skills and methods. Students gain knowledge in food preparation, cooking techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management via both academic study and hands-on practical training. Graduates are prepared for professions as sous chefs, chefs, or to launch their own businesses in the culinary field.
