The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Nilai University offers a Human Resource Management (HRM) focus. Graduates of the program have enhanced skills and understanding in business management and HRM. Along with core MBA classes, students also take HRM-specific courses covering topics including employee relations, talent management, pay and benefits, and HR strategy. Graduates might pursue careers in talent acquisition, training, or HR consulting. They can even assume leadership roles in companies' HRM divisions.
