The BSc in Nutrition (Hons) program at Nottingham University Malaysia is a 3-year degree that prepares students for careers in the field of nutrition. The curriculum covers the study of nutrients, their impact on health, and the relationship between diet and disease. Students gain practical skills in food handling and preparation, and learn to critically evaluate dietary recommendations. The program also examines global nutrition issues.
