Would you like to apply to
Nottingham University Malaysia ?

The Foundation in Science program offers an alternative entry pathway into science degree programs at the Malaysia Campus. This course is specifically designed to prepare students for our undergraduate programs. Upon successfully completing all required credits, students can automatically and unconditionally progress to an undergraduate degree.

Assessment is conducted through a mix of coursework and exams, aimed at providing a well-rounded education in a holistic environment. In addition to core knowledge modules, students will develop essential soft skills, including English proficiency, presentation skills, critical thinking, scientific writing, and leadership. Core modules are delivered over two semesters to establish a strong foundation, complemented by one semester of elective modules tailored to various pathways such as Bioscience, Pharmacy, Psychology, and Computer Science. This structure allows students the flexibility and time to explore their interests before choosing an undergraduate program.
