Advance your career by applying psychology in the workplace. This course is designed to help you manage people effectively, even if you have no prior background in psychology. You will learn how to motivate employees, train them, recruit talent, design job specifications, assess performance, manage well-being, and lead teams. Additionally, you'll explore how to navigate organizational change and diversity in the workplace.
At Nottingham, we ensure that the course has a practical emphasis, aiming to enhance your skills as a practitioner. You will study consultancy and gain a solid understanding of research methods relevant to the workplace, which is particularly valuable to future employers. The course is taught by research-active experts in the field, many of whom earned their own MSc degrees at Nottingham Malaysia. By the end of the program, you will be well-prepared to apply your knowledge in the real world of work.
An upper second class honours degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field. Non-UK qualifications will be assessed against this standard. Applicants will be considered if they have a first degree in a relevant subject such as management, psychology or other related disciplines.
If deemed necessary, applicants may also be required to attend an interview.
