The Bachelor (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management (3+0) Program at SEGi University Malaysia focuses on the integral role of human resources in organizations. Graduates are equipped with knowledge and skills in areas such as recruitment, leadership, remuneration, training and development, and workplace relations. The program combines theory and practical experience to develop transferable skills in communication, management, and professionalism. Graduates are prepared for successful careers in human resource management.
