The Bachelor of Science (Hons) in International Hospitality Management is designed to cultivate global professionals for the hospitality industry.

This three-year program combines technical expertise with management theories in a practical context, covering hospitality operations, food service, and culinary practices. It also equips you with lifelong learning skills, emphasizing industry standards, management capabilities, and research competencies to ensure a smooth transition into the workforce.

Practical industry experience is gained through an 18-week internship. This degree is accredited by Le Cordon Bleu, and upon successful completion of the program, graduates receive two certificates: one from Sunway University and another from Le Cordon Bleu, a renowned global institution in culinary and hospitality education.
