The Mechanical Engineering program is a contemporary, project-based degree designed to produce graduates equipped to tackle the Grand Challenges for Engineering and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). Throughout their studies, students will engage in the Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate process, working on at least four engineering systems or projects, with a minimum of two projects addressing real-life industry challenges. These initiatives will directly confront the Grand Challenges and the UNSDGs.
To support their efforts, students will learn to effectively utilize current Industry 4.0 tools and software, including 3D printing, Computational Fluid Dynamics, and Finite Element Method.
