The Bachelor of Food Science (Hons) programme at Taylor's University provides students with a comprehensive understanding of food processing, food texture, flavor, nutritional composition, sensory evaluation, and food safety. The programme aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for the development of nutritious and safe food products.
Throughout the programme, students will delve into various aspects of food science, including food chemistry, food microbiology, food engineering, food analysis, food quality assurance, and food product development. They will also gain practical experience through laboratory work, research projects, and industry internships, enabling them to apply their knowledge in real-world settings.
