The Master of Food Studies and Gastronomy program at Taylor's University Malaysia offers a comprehensive curriculum centered on food and gastronomy. Students acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills through curriculum focused on food trends and cultural factors. Graduates are equipped for a variety of jobs in gastronomic research, culinary tourism, food journalism, and the food business.
Entry Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree (Level 6, MQF) in the field/ related fields, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50/ its equivalent, as accepted by the Senate.
