The Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Honours at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) provides students with a comprehensive knowledge base and skill set encompassing STEM disciplines—applied science, technology, fundamental engineering, and mathematics—alongside specialized electrical and electronics engineering topics.
This program prepares students for dynamic and rewarding careers by exploring advanced technologies that enhance human life, such as smart wearables, smart appliances, smart grids, and smart transportation. Students gain technical expertise in various specialized areas, including Semiconductor IC Design, Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence, and Control and Instrumentation.
Graduates are equipped to become competent engineers capable of driving advancements in Industry 4.0, the Internet of Things, and the semiconductor industry. Additionally, this program has been accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Council, Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM) since 2016, ensuring a high standard of education and recognition in the engineering field.
