The Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Honours) at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) equips students with essential knowledge and skills in various aspects of Quantity Surveying practices. The program covers:

Preparing project feasibility studies
Managing financial issues related to projects
Drafting tender and contract documents, including measurement of construction works and pricing
Evaluating and selecting appropriate procurement systems, contractual arrangements, and tendering methods that meet client needs in terms of time, cost, quality, and legal considerations
Advising on contractual issues based on general contract principles, including Building Contract principles and relevant legal frameworks such as Contract Law, the Sale of Goods Act, and the Law of Tort
