The Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Food Science at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) integrates pure science disciplines such as chemistry, biochemistry, nutrition, biology, and microbiology to explore the nature, properties, and composition of foods.
