The Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science by Research Mode at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) is designed for qualified individuals seeking in-depth research and academic experiences in areas such as food quality and safety, functional food, food biotechnology, food processing, and fermentation.

Entry Requirements

• A Master's Degree (Level 7 Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) in Food Science or related field accepted by the HEP Senate.
