The Master of Arts (Psychology) by Research Mode at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) is designed to provide students with advanced and in-depth knowledge of psychological research. This program fosters higher-order thinking skills, enabling students to generate and conduct research with both theoretical and practical implications.

Students will be guided in their pursuit of self-advancement while adhering to ethical codes of conduct throughout the research process. Upon graduation, they will be equipped to work independently and responsibly during all phases of research, as well as to analyze and communicate their findings effectively to diverse audiences. This program prepares graduates for meaningful contributions to the field of psychology.

Entry Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Level 6 Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or its equivalent as accepted by the HEP Senate.
