The Master of Corporate Governance by Coursework Mode at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) is designed to equip graduates with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in corporate governance. 

The program focuses on integrating the efforts of various stakeholders to enhance corporate performance, while also providing opportunities for ongoing professional development and lifelong learning. Graduates will be well-prepared to lead change and transformation in the context of the challenges presented by the information age.

Successful candidates will be awarded Graduate status by the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA), granting them an internationally recognized professional qualification in corporate governance.

Entry Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or its equivalent qualifications as accepted by the Senate.
