The Master of Science in Built Environment by Research Mode at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) is designed for graduates from various disciplines within the built environment, including Architecture, Construction Management, Economics, Estate Management, and Quantity Surveying.
This program aims to provide a pathway for further studies that meet the professional needs of the construction industry. It equips students with advanced knowledge and research skills, preparing them to address contemporary challenges and contribute effectively to the evolving landscape of the built environment.
A Bachelor's degree (Level 6 Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) in relevant disciplines of Built Environment such as Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Property Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Management, or other related field, with minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, as accepted by the Senate of TAR UMT.
