The Master of Science in Construction Contract Management by Coursework Mode at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) is designed to equip graduates with the proficiency and strategic mindset needed for effective management of construction contracts.

Entry Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Built Environment such as Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Property Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Management or other related field, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent as accepted by the Senate.
