Entry Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Built Environment such as Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Property Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Management or other related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent as accepted by the Senate.
