The Master of Science in Real Estate Development by Coursework Mode at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) is a multidisciplinary program designed to equip students with essential knowledge and skills in real estate development.
This program aims to enhance students' capabilities in addressing complex real estate issues through a practical, industry-aligned curriculum. Graduates with a Master of Science in Real Estate Development, especially those with relevant work experience, are well-positioned to pursue senior management roles within the real estate development industry, making this program a valuable asset for career advancement.
A Bachelor's degree in Built Environment such as Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Property Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Management or other related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent as accepted by the Senate.
