The Bachelor of Microelectronic Technology with Honours at UCSI University is designed to equip students with essential skills in electronics, semiconductors, and artificial intelligence (AI) to meet the evolving demands of the microelectronics industry. This three-year program includes two years of on-campus learning, followed by an optional one-year Work-Based Learning pathway (2U1I), which allows students to undertake an industry placement.

This structured internship enables students to earn academic credits while developing industry-specific skills and knowledge, significantly enhancing their employability upon graduation. By combining theoretical learning with practical experience in a real-world setting, graduates are well-prepared for careers in the dynamic field of microelectronics.
