The Diploma in Pastry and Bakery Program at UCSI University Malaysia provides students with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to excel in the field of pastries and baked goods. The program emphasizes the art and science of baking, addresses current issues in pastry and bakery production, and trains professional pastry and bakery chefs who contribute to innovation and development in the food industry. Upon graduation, students have the opportunity to further enhance their career prospects by pursuing a pathway to the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hospitality Management.
