The Foundation in Science (Pharmaceutical Sciences) at UCSI University is designed to prepare students for the dynamic and rapidly evolving field of pharmacy, particularly in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. As pharmacists are increasingly required to be medicine experts who are digitally capable and possess strong communication skills, this program equips students to counsel patients effectively, ensuring optimal outcomes from medicines and supplements.

This foundation program provides an integrated and seamless progression into the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) course. Students will acquire a solid understanding of relevant science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) subjects while gaining early exposure to pharmacy-specific content. This approach ensures that graduates are well-prepared for their future studies and careers in the pharmaceutical sciences.

Entry Requirements

Minimum 5B in Biology and Chemistry and Physic and Math (or Additional Math) and other one course at School Certificate level or equivalent.
