The Master of Science in Food Science with Business Management is a program designed to prepare students for success in the food industry. It covers all aspects of food production, from processing to packaging, and incorporates the latest industry practices and technologies. Graduates gain expertise in biomaterials, enabling them to innovate and introduce new products to the market. They also develop skills in food safety, nutrition, and legislation, positioning them to manage and sustain food production with a focus on sustainability. A bachelor’s degree in the area of Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Applied Science, Agricultural Biology, Microbiology or relevant discipline with minimum CGPA of 2.50 or 60%; or second class honours degree.
