The Bachelor of Project Management (Honours) at UniKL University Malaysia is designed to equip students with a professional understanding of project management, including its essential knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques needed to achieve specific goals within set timeframes and constraints. The program guides students through the entire project lifecycle, encompassing five main phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Core courses include Project Management, Integrated Project Management, Project Estimation and Budgeting, Project Scheduling and Control, Project Quality Management, Project Procurement, Project Risk Management, and Sustainability and Green Project Management. This program adopts a versatile approach, making it relevant to various industries such as construction, engineering, education, health, commerce, information technology, and research and development. Graduates will be prepared to take on roles as Coordinators, Leads, Executives, Officers, and Managers in the industry. With projections from the Project Management Institute (PMI) indicating that project management will be one of the fastest-growing occupations, there is a rising demand for Project Executives and Managers globally.
