The Diploma in Nursing program at UniKL University Malaysia prepares students for diverse nursing roles in healthcare. Over three years, students gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in government hospitals and health clinics. The program focuses on developing knowledge, competence, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Graduates are committed to lifelong learning, professionalism, and social responsibility. They can apply nursing science, provide comprehensive care, understand societal issues, demonstrate ethics, practice effective teamwork, apply problem-solving skills, and develop management abilities. The program's Diploma is recognized by the Nursing Board of Malaysia and meets MQA standards.
SPM:
Pass in SPM or its equivalent with at least 5 credits (minimum Grade C and higher) in the following subjects: Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics (Elementary or Additional or Modern), one (1) Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science/Applied Science) and two (2) other subjects AND pass in English.
