The Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Real Estate & Property Management is designed to produce graduates who are skilled and knowledgeable in property valuation and the challenges of managing real estate systems. The program covers various topics, including Property Valuation, Property Development, Property Marketing, Property Investment, Property Economy, and Real Estate Law. Graduates will have opportunities to work in both the public and private sectors or establish their own agencies to offer services related to property development, valuation, and management of purchases, sales, and rentals.
Pass STPM with at least a full pass in three (3) subjects with a minimum GPA of 2.00
