The Diploma in Biotechnology is aimed to generate human resources capable of using their knowledge and abilities in biotechnology domains such as molecular, environmental, bioprocess, agricultural, and pharmaceutical. It is also appropriate for people who enjoy nature and desire to turn natural resources into useful goods. Students will be introduced to practical information such as equipment handling, laboratory safety, media preparation, fundamental laboratory skills, molecular and environmental. This three-year curriculum includes one semester of industrial training. Students will be put in internships in relevant sectors to obtain knowledge and experience in preparation for a career in biotechnology.
Possess SPM with three (3) credits in Mathematics, one science subject and one any other subject, or its equivalent.
