Geographic Information System Technology (GIST) is an information technology field of activity that collects, maintains, analyzes, integrates, displays, analyses, or otherwise uses data in a geographic, temporal, and geographical context.Furthermore, the use of GIS in Malaysia is on the rise, particularly in the fields of environmental management, urban planning, logging, health-related applications, and petroleum. Furthermore, GIS enables us to explore, study, query, interpret, and display data in a variety of ways, revealing links, patterns, and trends through the use of maps, globes, reports, and charts.
Pass SPM/SPMV with at least credits in three (3) subjects.
