The candidates must create a viable'research proposal' in accordance with the standards and structure specified by the faculty and university. The degree is conferred upon satisfactory completion of supervised research, which is assessed by a thesis and viva voce test.
A Bachelor’s degree in Law or Shariah AND a Master’s degree or its equivalent as accepted by the HEP Senate.
