The Bachelor of Counselling program at Universiti Malaya UM began in 1997 with the aim of providing education and professional training for individuals aspiring to become certified and competent counselors A comprehensive curriculum was developed to ensure it meets the demands of both the industry and the community This program is accredited by the Malaysian Qualification Agency MQA SWA11276 and fulfills the requirement standards established by the Malaysian Board of Counsellors Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia which serves as the professional body for counseling in Malaysia This accreditation ensures that graduates are well-prepared to enter the counseling profession and make meaningful contributions to mental health and well-being in society

Entry Requirements

 - National Higher School Certificate (or an Advanced Level equivalent) with the grade 80% and above.
