The Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery program at Universiti Malaya (UM) is a comprehensive five-year professional undergraduate medical degree. The Universiti Malaya Medical Programme (UMMP) offers students clinical experience, research opportunities, and elective placements. Upon successful completion, graduates are awarded the MBBS degree.

Entry Requirements

As part of the entry requirements for the MBBS program, applicants must take an entrance examination. Acceptable options include the MSAT (Malaysia), MCAT, or GAMSAT. These assessments are designed to evaluate the knowledge and skills necessary for success in medical education.
