Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development with (Honours) at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage and develop human resources in various organizations.

The program graduates are well-trained and skilled to plan, implement, coordinate and monitor manpower development activities and programs across various employment organizations, in both the public and private sectors. 

Entry Requirements

STPM

• Obtained a CGPA of 
3.00/4.00 or average 
percentage of 80%
• A minimum grade B 
in four (4) of the 
following subjects:
(Biology, Chemistry, 
Physics, Science, 
Mathematics, English)
